Fall reminds us of the changing seasons. We see summer come to an end and know that winter is around the corner.
As the seasons change, it is important to reconsider our self-care routines. As our bodies prepare for the colder weather ahead, we might change the way we take care of ourselves.
Being outside has its health benefits regardless of the temperature. Fresh air is good any time of year. And standing on the ground, helps center us even in the craziest of times.
Yet, our activities may need to change. We may need to wear more layers of clothes.
